preparing and gluing the bridge

I´ve finished the French polishing and next step is gluing the bridge. First I have to scrape away the French polish from the soundboard where the bridge is going to be glued.

inspiration

Inspiration is important whan you build instruments. You must feel good, be there, relaxed and in harmony. Every sunny day when I enter my workshop in the morning, this is what i meet. A bright orange light. Its never the same it always changes depending on the time and the angle of the sun.

Boat building

When French polishing, its a good time for building boats (or something else).. FP takes time and you´ll have days doing very little.
