Building a 12´ rowing skiff

I´m building a small boat. For rowing only. A light little one that I will put on top of my car.

Future looking better

It can be really difficult to find some olivewood with verong figuring. I only had wood for around 6 - 7 more rosette. BUT, then I found this in my neighbours firewood... He didnt mind giving it to me.

Ready to French Polish

I´ve finished the building of guitars 85 - 87. Here you have pictures of 85 (bottom) and 86 (top) I will be slow. I have other things to do, so it might take 4 - 5 weeks.

A new headstock design

I´ve made a new headstock design. Here you have story.
On the bottom you have my "old" design. ( guitar 75)
When I was making a guitar, I banged the head of the guitar against a lamp and a chip felt of. I could have glued it and almost made it invisible, but I found it interesting to make something diferent. So I made the one in the middle on guitar number 81. I liked it but found it to be a bit flat, so this time, I´ve slightly changed the design so that it looks like the top picture.
